Corporate Benefit Audits, Inc. (CBA), a division of Risk Strategies Company, has provided audit services to Carriers, MGU’s, Reinsurers and Employer clients managing healthcare risk and associated Stop Loss Reinsurance concerns. The incumbent is responsible for providing Specialty Program auditing services for Stop Loss and other Products for Carrier and/or Reinsurance clients.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide operational, claims and premium auditing services for a variety of carriers and reinsurance companies, across multiple and varied product lines
• Validate that TPAs and/or MGUs are operating in accordance with industry accepted standards
• Validate that MGUs/TPAs are complying with the terms of the Managing General
• Underwriter/Managing General Agent, TPA Administrative Agreements, including ensuring that claims are accurately processed and reported, in a timely manner, for the product line, including application of deductibles, coinsurances and policy limitations
• Premiums are billed accurately, collected and handled according to the agreement(s) and reporting to the carrier/reinsurer is timely
• Produce deliverables related to audit findings, including Audit Report for client and Exhibits within the Company accepted timeframes
• Contribute innovative ideas and assist with the implementation of new processes
