The RVP will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of the Company, by cultivating new business and increasing visibility of Pareto Health in the marketplace. Reporting to their region’s Senior Vice President.

Marketing Programs Manager

The Marketing Programs Manager will assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing programs that will fuel the growth of Pareto Health. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing campaigns, building brand awareness and equity, and driving lead acquisition. This role will report to the Vice President of Growth Marketing.

Marketing and Communications Specialist

Pareto Health is transforming the way we understand healthcare—with a particular focus on how we position ourselves in the market, share our brand story, and differentiate our product solutions. The Marketing and Communications Specialist will join a growing marketing team charged with developing and executing an effective content marketing strategy, with a particular skill for making the complex simple in order to connect with a target audience.

Market Development Representative

We are looking for energetic, dynamic individuals to join our Market Development team in our growing company. Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Operations, the Market Development Representative (MDR) is responsible for sourcing leads, prospecting, and building a pipeline of referrals for our sales team.

The MDR’s primary responsibility is to work in a team selling environment to strategically uncover, develop, and handoff leads to the Regional Vice Presidents (RVP). In this customer-facing role, the MDR will invest in the relationship of the accounts knowing that the lead may need time to develop before handing off to sales.
