This position is located within the HCSC Stop Loss Center of Excellence (COE). The goal and vision of the Stop Loss COE is to drive performance of the stop loss product for the HCSC Enterprise.

The Senior Product Development Consultant will develop new products for stop loss and all related activities to stop loss sales, retention and performance. The individual will work with all parties to ensure top and bottom line financial targets are achieved. They will hold regular meetings with constituents to gather feedback from SAM on market conditions. On an as needed basis, they may be called upon to support the COE team by interfacing with other internal stakeholders.

This COE team member will have regular touchpoints with their designated stakeholders and the COE team. They will be called upon to lead stop loss enhancements from ideation through development, commercialization and growth to maturity. This entails assisting in defining product and scope including benefits, services, target pricing, platform and vendor relationships, if applicable.
