The Director of Claims is responsible for the development and execution of Claim Operations strategies, end-to-end Claim process automation, optimization and management, identifying and leveraging technology and data to improve the quality and minimize process cost of Claims for all self-insured employer health plans. The Director will identify process improvement, conduct plan build and implement health plan designs for the claims system.

The Director of Claims will provide leadership and development of the Claims Department and its employees, as well as collaborate with Sales, Member and Provider Relations, Contracting, Account Mgmt. and Benefits Administration to ensure proper benefit design implementation, maximize automation, data integrity and to enable operational success across self-funded employer benefit design.

The Director of Claims will partner with C-Suite and self-funded employer groups to execute goals and plans of the self-funded health plans. Through inter-professional collaboration, the Director will ensure that platform clients and employer groups are notified in a timely fashion of any changes in process or procedures which would impact metrics and execution of claims processing.

Flume Health has an exciting opportunity for a Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Analyst to join our growing Operations team. In this role, the EDI Analyst will assist in onboarding client and vendor data interchanges, produce mapping documents, test systems, maintain systems and lead communications with our trading partners.

To be successful as an EDI analyst, you should be able to support Flume’s EDI systems, integrations, and trading partner onboarding with a focus on collaboration, automation, and continuous improvement, resulting in effective, timely and efficient systems. Additionally, you will assist with the daily monitoring of file processing and troubleshooting of issues impacting successful receipt or  delivery of client or vendor data files.
