Profile Summary

This position is responsible for providing actuarial expertise contributing to the growth in Voya’s stop loss business. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with the diverse healthcare landscape and arrangements that self-funded employers utilize. This role will actively support and drive broader initiatives related to the Health Solutions strategy on the stop loss team.

This role will be the primary actuarial role for emerging distribution channels. You will be a subject matter expert collaborating with cross-functional leaders across the entire value stream on the development and execution of the product vision, strategy, development roadmap, value proposition, and product enhancements. Your responsibilities may also include the support of technology related requirements and initiatives.

This position manages actuarial responsibilities and ensures project completion within established timelines and quality standards. Develops and mentors more junior team members. Contributes to the development of new approaches and tools.

Please Note: Work location for this role is FLEXIBLE! This position allows 100% remote work from home or allows work to be performed in any of our major office locations with a hybrid schedule. (This role is not eligible to be performed remotely from Alaska or Colorado.)
