The Resilient Beginnings Network coached 15 clinics in the San Francisco Bay area over a five year period. The clinics were coached on implementation of trauma informed care. Advancing trauma-and-resilience-informed care (TRIC) is complex, long-term, culture change work. Their experience and findings will be presented.

Children and teens engage in sexual behaviors that range from developmentally expected to problematic and harmful. This presentation will provide information to help professionals distinguish normative from problematic sexual behaviors in children and teens, identify potential contributing factors to the behavior, dispel common misconceptions, and have robust, evidenced-informed responses.

Professor Hamilton will discuss the Statutes of Limitations (SOL) movement. “Why should there be limitations on child sex abuse prosecution and civil lawsuits if there is no SOL on the suffering of the victims?” Who are the opponents of the victims and what are their strategies?
