Officer Responsibilities 
The following is not an exhaustive list and may include fewer or additional items.

Responsibility: Educate seniors on Seniors Give Back through multiple presentations to student organizations as needed
Benefit: Work alongside officers to achieve goals and celebrate

Responsibility: Attend bi-weekly officer meetings to discuss fundraising and stewardship strategies
Benefit: Give back to Vanderbilt University through service and leadership

Responsibility: Table 2-3 hours per month (or as needed) at various Seniors Give Back campus events
Benefit: Gain fundraising and leadership experience to boost resume
Officer Expectations 
Make your Seniors Gives Back gift
Be ambassadors for Seniors Give Back and its mission; assist in outreach to younger VU classes
Attend the Seniors Give Back committee officer retreats
Attend and participate in officer meetings
Work SGB event shifts as needed
Assist in the selection of the 2024 Seniors Give Back committee officers
Seniors Give Back Committee Descriptions 
All roles will be assigned 
Overall- Chair/ President of Seniors Give Back
1. Oversee all aspects of the SGB campaign; provide leadership and support to chairs and committee  
2. Serve as a liaison between the committee and the Office of Development & Alumni Relations
3. Lead bi-weekly officer meetings and bi-weekly individual officer check-ins.
4. Manage the relationship between Seniors Give Back and Experience Vanderbilt

Events and Stewardship Chair
1. Work with the Overall Chair and Seniors Give Back adviser to plan and execute all Seniors Give Back activities
2. Work with the Social Media/Digital Campaigns Chair to promote Seniors Give Back events
3. Work with the Student Relations Chair to create events to reach student organizations
4. Collaborate with Seniors Give Back advisor to come up with giveaways and donor recognition ideas
5. Collaborate with Volunteer Recruitment chair and create a junior recruitment event for the Spring

Social Media/Digital Campaigns
1. Help develop a marketing campaign for the Seniors Give Back Committee and its events throughout the year
2. Help maintain the Seniors Give Back Facebook and Instagram accounts and other social media outlets
3. Manage other board members' participation and maintain a social media calendar.
4. Create digital flyers for Seniors Give Back events
5. Work with RSOR Chair to facilitate Instagram takeovers

Volunteer Outreach Chair
1. Coordinate all education efforts with volunteers to inform them on Seniors Give Back, the importance of giving, and all SGB logistics
2. Coordinate all officer presentations to student groups to ensure maximum amount of seniors are being reached
3. Expand the education element of Seniors Give Back through partnership with all chairs
4. Spearhead officer recruitment for the Class of 2024, including planning a junior recruitment event with Events and Stewardship Chair

Registered Student Organizations Relations Chair (RSOR)
1. Oversee the various challenges and campaigns throughout the year (Fall RSO Challenge, RSO Giving Day Challenge, etc.)
2. Develop student-athlete outreach and other partnerships with campus groups
3. Motivate student organizations to participate through creative engagement
4. Recruit student organizations to take part in our Instagram takeovers
