Lights. Camera. Homecoming! Walk the red (purple?) carpet with us in Hollywood this coming week as we celebrate Homecoming 2024 at UW-Whitewater from Oct. 27 to Nov. 2. We’ll rekindle old friendships and make new memories through our spirited student and alumni traditions. Our schedule is packed with events — from talent show auditions to the Warhawk football game — so you can tailor your Homecoming to your liking. Join us Thursday, Oct. 31, at 7 p.m. in The Young with your HawkCard for free admission while tickets are available. Doors open at 6 p.m. If you’re planning to perform, don’t forget you’ll need to audition this Sunday, Oct. 27, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in The Young. Reserve your audition slot »

Gather around a large bonfire and enjoy a student organization cheer competition featuring the UW-Whitewater cheerleading team next Friday, Nov. 1, at 7 p.m. at the Hamilton Green near Parking Lot 12 (between Andersen Library and Heide Hall). Enjoy hot chocolate and cider (while supplies last) and the heat of a warm fire with your fellow students and future fellow alumni.

| Join Willie Warhawk and some of his closest friends on the streets of Whitewater next Saturday, Nov. 2, at 10 a.m. The parade will begin on the corner of Prince St. and Main St. and conclude at the corner of Prairie St. and Starin Rd.
