New Paltz, NY – Check out the newest #NPHawks radio show Hawk Talk hosted by State University of New York at New Paltz men's volleyball senior Connor MacPhail. Each week MacPhail will feature a current and former Hawks student-athlete, coaches and staff to talk about a variety of topics.

In a special episode of Hawk Talk, MacPhail introduces Athletic Communications Director Monica D'Ippolito who interviewed 2008 Hawks Swimming alumna and 2007 National Champion Michelle Coombs Perry and her former coaches, which happen to be current SUNY New Paltz Associate Director of Athletics, Wellness and Recreation Brian Williams and Assistant Director of Athletics, Wellness and Recreation Danielle Strauchler about Coombs' first season with the Hawks, how she came back to the sport and eventually became the program's first female NCAA National Champion after taking home gold in the 100-yard freestyle in the 2007 National Championship.
