With a variety of exercise, health education, screening, prevention, and self-care management programs available to people in every phase of life, Holy Cross Health is focused on helping you achieve your optimal health goals. Many of our programs are free and are offered online and in multiple, convenient community locations throughout Montgomery County.

How to Register

There are two ways to register for a class, by phone and online. To register by phone, call 301-754-8800. If you would like to register online, you can start by searching for a class by category, event title, or event location. 

Important information to note before registering:

• Class registration deadlines vary. If the class reaches the capacity limit or registration has been closed, the registration button will no longer be visible.
• Virtual classes can be accessed on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. Upon successful registration, an access link will be sent to your email. Learn more about signing in to your virtual class.
• If you have questions or would like to cancel or change your class registration, call us at 301-754-8800.
