Texas Nonprofit Leaders COVID-19 Impact Survey

Survey Introduction

Thank you for sharing your organization's most pressing needs as we continue to navigate the unprecedented economic and public health crises associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. United Ways of Texas, OneStar Foundation, Center for Nonprofits and Philanthropy at the Bush School of Government and Public Service, Texas A&M University and additional partners (listed below) want to better understand the greatest needs of Texas nonprofits so we can support and advocate for the sector. The responses you provide here will inform government officials, funders, media, and other decision makers.

This survey aims to gather specific information about the financial and operational impacts this sector is/expects to experience as a result of COVID-19, including questions about grants and government relief packages, lost income, and reductions in staff. This survey is intended to be answered only one time per organization and should be completed by a senior leader (e.g. CEO, Executive Director, President, CFO, Director of Finance and/or Operations, Deputy Director) who can accurately answer detailed questions of this nature.

Additional details:

This survey will take about 20 minutes to complete.
All questions are optional and all responses are confidential; your identity will not be linked to your responses.
The Center for Nonprofits and Philanthropy will collect and anonymize all responses and will share that anonymized raw data with the collaborating partners at their request. Only aggregated data will be shared publicly, and any quotes shared will be made anonymous.
We are asking for optional demographic information (e.g. race identity) in this survey. This question helps us break out and learn about the experiences of each identity group represented in our social sector.
