Koru Mindfulness is an evidence-based curriculum specifically deigned for teaching mindfulness, meditation and stress management.  Each Thursday in May, USG Koru instructors will teach some Koru Basic skills.  All USG Employees are welcome to attend.  Each week will offer a different tool to help you experience the wide range of mindfulness tools available. (It is not necessary to attend all four sessions.)
