Minus The Bear throws a dance party on its new song, “Last Kiss”

On March 3, Minus The Bear will release its sixth album, VOIDS. It marks the band’s return to Suicide Squeeze Records, which was home to its first four albums, but VOIDS doesn’t attempt to mirror that period of Minus The Bear history in its sound. The A.V. Club is premiering “Last Kiss” today, a song that interprets a big ’80s dance party through the band’s polyrhythmic grooves and math-rock impulses. ”Last Kiss” is another step in Minus The Bear’s evolution, one that’s seen it continue defying expectations and exploring new sounds with each new album. Listen to the song below, and scope the band’s upcoming tour dates with Beach Slang and Bayonne as well.
