About this event

  • Event lasts 1 day 5 hours

Be In The Room Where It Happens

Put yourself next to the top 1% of the real estate industry

Join us for Fall 2025 Masterminds October 2nd - 3rd in San Diego at the same venue

Our focus is on building relationships. We meet 2x/year to discuss systems and strategies to reach the next level. Every attendee has multiple opportunities to speak and request additional insight from those in the room. Keep your wallet at home there is nothing to buy here.

  • All Day Thursday. 1/2 Day Friday.
  • $500,000+ GCI/Revenue requirement to attend
  • Minimum 20, limited to 30 attendees max (a true mastermind event)
  • No sponsors. There won't be a pitch for anything.
  • No speakers. This is a mastermind, not a conference.
  • Not a brokerage recruiting event.
  • A wide cross-section of business models, philosophies, and revenue models
  • You don't need to be a client to attend
  • You may bring a guest (purchase an extra ticket)
  • A catered lunch, dinner and brunch on the yacht are included
  • 15mins from SAN airport; downtown location. Stay in any hotel you want.
  • We run ticket prices at break even; the profit & loss is shared with everyone.

We're all going on a San Diego Brunch Yacht Cruise on the second day. After that, the mastermind is officially over. We suggest the Hotel Del Coronado to hang out at afterward.

You can also pay directly by ACH on our website $995 for a ticket (without a fee).

The Marriot Vacation Club (about $250 a night before discounts) is the closest hotel right around the corner if you want a suggestion of where to stay. However, you can stay just about anywhere you want downtown - they are all a short Uber ride. The venue is a members club atop a giant skyscraper in the central business district.

A few things to remember when you attend....

  • It is a mental challenge that requires critical thinking to be in this room. You will be bombarded with competing ideas. This is not a mastermind conducted by a coaching company, where, typically, everyone follows the same plan/strategy/model. Write everything down, and reflect afterward on what’s useful for your goals, life stage, and business model.
  • When you speak, speak from experience of what you do that has sustainably worked for you (ideally for more than 1+ year). Do not suggest theoretical ideas. Please keep those to yourself or share them privately one-on-one.
  • Your goal on day one is to identify a few people in the room from whom you want to learn from beyond our time together here. Go say hello at the break. “Hey, I really want to meet you. Can you tell me more about x?” The breaks are the feature of the event, not the sessions. This is where you get the details you need to implement a system you heard.
  • Share. Don’t hold back. You are the speaker. Please share the uncomfortable details (what you pay people, net margin, litigation risk, failure, etc). That’s why we are here. If I ask you to provide more details for the room, and you’re not comfortable sharing, just say you’re not okay sharing that since it's private.
    ,
  • There will be exceptions on a case-by-case basis to the $500k GCI/Revenue requirement where it's the exception in the group, not the rule. These will be our Accelerator Guests in the room.
  • You'll complete your Vyral Masterminds Action Plan Worksheet at the end of the first day on a 3 page NCR form with a copy for yourself (white), a copy for our records (yellow), and a copy for a peer in the room to hold you accountable (maroon).
  • A few days before the event, you'll get your table assignment with who you'll be seated with. You will all be copied on the email with your interviews.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be a client?

No. Everyone is welcome. Our service is a very small part, if any, we discuss.

Is there a production minimum?

Yes. $500,000+ past 12 months of GCI/revenue (confirmed after your ticket purchase). This is roughly 50+ deals a year. The mastermind is for experienced agents and team leaders who want to grow from six to seven figures with a healthy profit, work-life balance, and a sustainable business model.

How many people are attending?

About 30. Roughly up to six tables with a comfortable 5 to a table is optimal for discussions.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes. You may bring your spouse, business partner or employee. You have the opportunity to buy 1 extra ticket for them.

What hotel should I stay at?

The venue is in downtown San Diego. Many hotels are within walking distance or a brief ride away. The venue is 15 minutes from the SAN airport.

Are there ticket discounts?

No. The room rental, audio/visual, event planner travel expenses, catered lunch/dinner, and the brunch cruise are about $30,000 for all of us. The ticket sales are break even.
