The Shilla Duty Free welcomes new opening at Incheon International Airport
The Shilla Duty Free's new cosmetics and perfumes store has opened at Incheon International Airport
Hotel Shilla’s The Shilla Duty Free celebrated the grand opening of its cosmetics and perfume store at Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 (T1) on March 13.
The Shilla Duty Free was selected in April last year as the airport's duty-free operator for cosmetics and perfumes and liquor and tobacco, following its successful operation of duty free stores at three major Asian international airports: Incheon, Singapore Changi and Hong Kong Chek Lap Kok.
The newly opened store features 93 brands, carefully curated with ‘value-for-scent beauty items’ that have gained popularity post-COVID and other trendy new brands. With the rising popularity of niche perfumes, the perfume brands include Byredo, Diptyque, Le Labo, Penhaligon’s and L’artisan Parfumer. They are presented along with K-beauty brands including Nonfiction and Tamburins, hair care brand HAIR rituel by sisley, and cosmetic brands including Chanel and Estée Lauder.
For the first time, some brands and products, including Penhaligon’s, L’artisan Parfumer, HAIR rituel by sisley, and Nonfiction, are exclusively available at the airport store. Tamburins, a fragrance brand exploring unregulated beauty, makes its airport debut exclusively with The Shilla Duty Free.
K-beauty favorite Nonfiction is launching exclusive travel sets for the first time and Estée Lauder offers an exclusive customer experience through a RE-NUTRIV Luxury Service Consultation Bar, specialized in experiential services.
To commemorate the grand opening of the cosmetics and perfume store, The Shilla Duty Free promotions include gifts with purchase and Shilla Bear keyrings for customers purchasing products from brands including Jo Malone London, La Mer, SK-II, Givenchy Beauty, Diptyque, Byredo,and Hermes Perfume.
