3. SUMMER SOUL CHALLENGES: Renew your MIND, SOUL and BODY. Take at-home videos, for workouts, meditations, yoga and more. Select your personal Wellness Challenges. These are self tracking, customizable and all-leveled challenges. Instructions will be sent to you upon registration:

4. Online Guided Meditation Sessions. In guided meditation, our practice is shaped by another person’s voice. The mind has a tendency to wander where it will so many of us find it easier to focus and relax when our minds aren’t entirely left to their own devices. This form of meditation is led by a (real live) guide via zoom:

5. Confidential Virtual Wellness Coaching and/or Stress Management (30-45mins).
Wellness coaching is a process that facilitates sustainable behavior change by highlighting on people’s unique skills, strengths, and resources, and helping people transform goals, dreams and desires through effective action.
Wellness coaching draws on the principles and methods of motivational interviewing, positive psychology, solution-focused approaches, the transtheoretical model of change, cognitive-behavioral approaches, structured journaling, and newer approaches
