Agent Training Program - Prize Drawing

As a thank you for your time, Supra will enter your name into a drawing for a chance to win a prize. Drawings are held on the last working day of the quarter and will be delivered to the winning participants the following quarter.  Employees of Carrier and Supra and/or their immediate relatives are ineligible. To enter, submit your contact information from the link below. Limit one entry per person, per month. Odds of winning depend on number of participant entries. The process shall be overseen solely by Carrier and all decisions shall be non-reviewable, final, and binding. Federal government employees or representatives are not eligible to win. Prize values will not exceed $50. Prizes will differ from month to month. Each winner will be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on his/her prize. By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by the rules of the contest and the final decisions of Carrier. If you win, Supra will notify you and ship your prize to you.
