Alumni Career Programs GWebinar: "Leveling the Playing Field: The Introvert's (& Extrovert's) Playbook for Professional Success" (Online)

Location

Online via Zoom

Event Description

This Alumni Career Programs GWebinar will be led by Joe Rosenlicht, CCAS '02, a Senior Career Coach with the GW School of Business' F. David Fowler Career Center, and alumnus Stephen Beattie, GWSB '18, a Senior Associate at PwC. They will present a fun and informative webinar for both introverts and extroverts, exploring what it means to be an introvert living and working in an extroverted-leaning world. They will take a look at the past, present, and future of the career management process from the introvert-extrovert lens, discuss challenges (as well as opportunities) in the face of developments with COVID-19, and propose strategies to overcome those challenges. They will also look at ways that introverts and extroverts can work together, and how managers can support their employees, in order to produce optimal results.

There will be a Q&A session with all participants following Stephen and Joe's presentation.
