• Evening of Style

  The Evening of Style is a fun-filled night of fashion, food and fellowship. Tables of eight decorate their dining table in a theme of choice and come dressed in attire to match.

• The Bash on Buffalo

  Presented by Global Direct Mail & Marketing, the 40th anniversary of the Bash on Buffalo was celebrated on April 6, 2024.

  
  

  Guests were entertained with onsite and remote bidding opportunities for the silent auction, an energetic live auction, delicious food, signature drinks, raffle prize, and more!  With generous support from our event sponsors and the Dowling Catholic community, we raised $117,000 towards the purchase of a new school activities bus to replace old bus number 5 - THANK YOU!  This bus benefits all students as it is used to transport students to extra curricular activities, retreats, and athletic events.  The new bus will offer upgrades in air conditioning, air brakes, seating capacity, and additional cargo storage for luggage and athletic equipment.

• Golf Outing

  We invite you to join us on Monday, August 5th at the Terrace Hills Golf Course in Altoona for a fun-filled day of golf and fellowship featuring exciting hole contests, a light breakfast, drinks on the course, and more! 
  
  

  The day will culminate at the 19th hole inside the clubhouse with lunch and the announcement of awards. Proceeds support the Coppola Family Endowment Fund which has provided tuition assistance for DCHS students for over 50 years.
  
  

  Registration for event sponsors is currently open. Registration for DCHS family and friends will open in mid June.

   

  Tee time is 8:30am - we look forward to seeing you on the course!

• Grandparents Mass

  Please join us for Grandparents Mass on October 23, 2024. 
  
  

  Grandparents are the guests of honor during this annual celebration and have the opportunity to visit campus, hear from student and faculty speakers, and celebrate Mass with their grandchildren.

• Pancake Breakfast

  The 63rd Annual Pancake Breakfast will be held on Sunday, October 27th, 2024 at the Varied Industries Building at the Iowa State Fairgrounds. Funds raised will support the NEW Student Activities Endowment which will create an opportunity for students to form new DCHS clubs as well as offer enhancements to the clubs already in existence.

• Christmas Luncheon

  The Christmas Luncheon will held on December 5, 2024 at Glen Oaks Golf & Country Club. This event is the perfect way to celebrate Christmas and the Dowling Catholic community with a wonderful lunch, special guest speakers and entertainment from student musicians and vocalists. A great way to start the season of Advent.
