We are pleased to announce registrations are open for all major Club events through the holidays including our Welcome Back Party, Spruce Peak Lights Festival and our New Year’s Bash!
Full Dues Members may register for New Year's Eve today and all other dues categories may begin registering on December 4th. As a reminder, Full Members can make a la carte dining reservations 28 days in advance and all other categories may reserve 14 days in advance. Now is the time to make your holiday plans!
You won't want to miss our New Year’s Eve Party that is one of the Club marquee events of the entire year. With a night full of fun for all, we kick off the evening with our traditional Family Dinner at 5pm in The Alpine Clubhouse featuring a delicious buffet meal timed so you can enjoy all of the campus festivities. A pizza party will be offered in the Hideout for kids, so please register based on if your kids will dine in the restaurant or Hideout; it’s important for us to have an accurate seat count!
The dining room and bar area will close between seatings so we can reset for those attending the adult dinner service which starts at 8:30pm and we will begin the transformation to a bumping party. The Hearth Room will serve as a member lounge with a remote bar during all of the community events on the plaza, and The Hideout will be staffed all night with fun programming for the kids.
As the second seating finishes up their meal at 10pm, all members and invited guests are welcome to join us for a Late Night After Party with complimentary entry for all. We will have a live DJ on hand playing tunes as well as a photo-booth, light bites and a champagne toast to ring in the New Year!
