We harness the power of tech companies and workers to build impactful collaborations, help those new to the region understand and connect to local issues, and shine a light on meaningful tech-for-good initiatives. The sea.citi board plays a pivotal role in guiding our direction, building strategic relationships, and being a conduit to the industry. 

We recently elected three new board members to join our board. They represent a wide breadth of company sizes and skills that will help sea.citi continue to grow as we head into our third year of operations.

Anna Boone leads government relations and public affairs for Zillow here in Seattle. She works with policymakers and community partners to advance Zillow’s mission of giving people the power to unlock life’s next chapter. Anna has a deep background in public policy, communication, community engagement and political campaigns at the state, local, and federal levels.

Janice Dearlove s Amazon’s Director of Global Employee Engagement in the Community. During her nearly two decades with Amazon, Janice has led a number of product and technical teams, including Worldwide Amazon Prime Membership Growth and Amazon Customer-to-Customer Relationships. Janice holds a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and an MBA from Kellogg.

Maria Karaivanova is the cofounder and COO of WhyLabs, the AI observability company building an interface between humans and AI applications. Formerly a principal at Madrona Venture Group and a c-level executive at Cloudflare (NYSE: NET), she is a seasoned tech veteran and a founding advisor of sea.citi.
