A Message from Facilities Management

Dear Iona Community,

Facilities Management and Con Edison will conduct scheduled power maintenance in the LaPenta Student Union beginning at approximately 9 a.m. on Wednesday, August 5. The work is expected to be completed by approximately 4 p.m. on Thursday, August 6. Please note that these times are estimates and may change depending on the weather and progress of the work. 

During this period, the following services will be unavailable in the LaPenta Student Union:

Emergency lighting and illuminated exit signs will remain operational throughout the outage.

Those working in the LaPenta Student Union should connect with their supervisor. Employees should also forward their office phones to their cell phones, if needed. 

Additionally, the exit from the Columba Lot will be closed during this period. Vehicles must exit via the roadway in front of McSpedon Hall.
