About Our Auction

Our mission is to create an animal saving culture by supporting local welfare efforts in Greater Nashville through community engagement, education, and legislation.

We are a non-profit supporter of Metro Animal Care & Control (MACC), as well as local animal welfare organizations. One of our goals is to help raise money for animal medical needs and training, which increases their adoptability.

Currently, we sit on a task force appointed by Mayor Megan Barry, whose mission is “100% safe placement of every healthy and treatable animal.”

Other goals for 2016-2017 include:

1). Bolster upcoming Saftey Net Program at MACC, which offers viable solutions to individuals to keep their pet instead of surrendering . Owner surrender is the number-one reason for intake at MACC.

2). Improve collaboration with the Lost & Found Community and MACC.

3). Continue pre-election questionnaires in Davidson County.

Part of the funds we are raising from this auction will go towards local spay & neuter efforts, MACC enrichment toys, A Place To Bark and to defray the cost of our 501c3.
