There is a new Daily COVID-19 Screening Survey (effective as of 9/7/2021).
All faculty, staff and students have been automatically enrolled in the new COVID-19 Screening Survey and should now be receiving daily email reminders from Student Health to complete the new survey.  Individuals can log onto the Student Health Patient Portal with their UC Santa Barbara NetID and take the daily survey by selecting "Complete a Survey" on the landing page.
