"We are extremely proud of the impact our student-athletes are having in the local community and enjoy partnering with the town of Hoboken in any way we can. I am so grateful to our coaches and staff for their emphasis on community service and the importance of giving back as a critical part of the student-athlete experience."

Additionally, Illinois Wesleyan University's Katie Gonzalez was named the organization's Emerging Athletics Administrator and Denison University's Sara Lee was tabbed Transitioning Athletics Administrator.

Spearheaded by the athletic department's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) in conjunction with the efforts of individual teams, Stevens' student-athletes recorded over 275 hours of combined hours through 30 different projects that served the local Hoboken community. The activities included StevensTHON, which is a student-run, year-long philanthropic movement that provides support because Kids Can't Wait at Children's Specialized Hospital, the local Children's Miracle Network Hospital; 1Day Grace and the Hoboken Special Olympics.

Additionally, the Ducks participated in Stevens' second annual MLK Day of Service and served as mentors and instructors at the Hoboken Boys & Girls Club.
