The Boston Herald is relocating its offices to completely renovated space in the Braintree Executive Park later this year, the company announced in a memo to its employees.

The Herald’s entire editorial, advertising and administrative staffs will be moved to the 100 Grossman Drive office building starting in late November, with the relocation expected to be completed by mid-December.

“This move will provide a great space for our employees in a facility with many amenities including free parking and easy access to public transportation,” said Herald Publisher Kevin Corrado. “While we are making a physical move that will help sustain our organization in the years to come, our commitment to providing the best news and sports coverage in the Boston market is stronger than ever. We’re excited about the future.”

The paper, acquired in March by Digital First Media, is currently based in Boston’s Seaport District. Digital First’s Northeast cluster also includes the Lowell Sun and Sentinel & Enterprise of Fitchburg in Massachusetts and four newspapers in New York.

Digital First Media is one of the largest publishers of locally based print and online media in the country. The Herald has been cited nationally for its journalism and innovation in the Boston market in recent years with its multimedia approach to reporting and presenting content across platforms.
