Arrowmont Board Member Margit Worsham has not one, but two mobile phones – and she’s using them both. Margit is calling community members to participate in the Annual Arrowmont Golf Tournament. Margit and Earl Worsham host the tournament for the 11th year on October 2, 2021 at the Gatlinburg Golf Course. The annual event is a fun day of golf, friends, and amazing prizes.

The golf tournament benefits Arrowmont’s local art programs including adults and kids community classes, scholarships and ArtReach – a program for Sevier County public schoolchildren.

The 11th Annual Arrowmont Golf Tournament honors Mohammad J. Tamaddoni (1943 -2021). Born in Iran, Mo dreamed of completing his education abroad. After earning his degree at The University of Texas in Austin and marrying his wife Takeko, Mo and his family ultimately settled in Sevierville. He was general manager of The Old Mill restaurant for 27 years. Mo was known for his kindness, hard work, and love of golf.
