Katherin “Katie” Flury advises clients on a range of advocacy issues before state and local government. Known for valuable behind-the-scenes knowledge, her diverse consultancy includes monitoring and analyses of proposed policies and regulations, guidance on emerging issues, and liaising with governmental leadership to advance client initiatives and priorities. Katie collaborates with clients on issues involving trending technology, health care, sports, and transportation, among others, utilizing her extensive experience working with the Executive Office of the Governor and key members of Florida's executive agencies.

Katie works closely with clients to develop, strengthen, and protect core concerns. Her approach is centered on a deep understanding of the mechanics of governance and crafting communication around mission-critical issues for maximum impact. Katie guides client engagement with key stakeholders from Orlando and calls Tallahassee home during committee weeks and legislative sessions. She is recognized as a committed client advocate and an influential and thought-provoking advisor in Florida government and public service.

Prior to joining GrayRobinson, Katie served as a political and campaign consultant to key members in leadership in the Florida House of Representatives, including Representatives Jason Brodeur and Scott Plakon. Additionally, Katie served as chief legislative aide to Representative Brodeur. During her tenure with the Florida House, Katie gained invaluable knowledge of health care policy by navigating contentious bills through the Florida Legislature. She frequently teams with GrayRobinson colleagues in the corporate, health care, and government affairs and lobbying practices to deliver comprehensive strategies for clients with legislative advocacy needs.
