SUNY is going international and going virtual this year! Learn more at the Study Abroad Fair, Sept. 9

Study abroad offices from across the SUNY system are coming together to host a virtual Study Abroad Fair, where students can learn about international learning and cultural opportunities available now and in the future.

The SUNY Abroad Virtual Fair takes place on Wednesday, Sept. 9, from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Use this link to learn more and pre-register.

The SUNY system provides more than 800 study abroad programs in more than 60 countries, which are available to all students regardless of which individual campus you attend.

The SUNY Abroad Virtual Fair is the easiest way to learn about your options. Representatives from more than 20 campus study abroad offices will be attending to chat with you and answer questions.

Students are welcome to join the event anytime between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., and can converse with program advisors using text chat or live video discussion.

Even during a time of pandemic, international learning and cultural exchange remain core to SUNY’s educational mission. If you’re interested in virtual study abroad programs now, or considering international study in the future, the SUNY Abroad Virtual Fair is for you.

New Paltz students with questions about study abroad are invited to contact the Center for International Programs at studyabroad@newpaltz.edu.
