These paintings feature these characters in festive settings - philandering, seducing and dancing the night away while musicians play into the night. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Amy Lynn's prolific career in visual arts spans over 25 years and she has created and sold well over 1,200 acrylic originals on canvas.
Her paintings now hang worldwide in public galleries and private collections. She has been hailed by art critics as “one to watch”.
Amy Lynn was a Featured Artist of Disney, where they distributed her art as puzzles and paintings internationally. The Ojai Valley Inn & Spa named Amy Lynn as the first prize winner of their Art of the Egg Competition. The Ojai Valley Inn commissioned her to illustrate their Camp Oak Coloring and Activities Pages. She completed her 2nd Art of the Egg for The Ojai Valley Inn in 2022. Amy Lynn has been featured in Art Collectors Magazine, Decor Magazine, Art Business News and Art World News. TV’s Hell’s Kitchen has featured her work, as it is in the Gallery aboard the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line to Alaska. Her work permanently hangs in the Kyoto Grand Hotel in Los Angeles. Amy creates her own signature style of puzzles for adults and children, and her 3rd children's book, Sera Toujours, is available through Barnes & Noble. She most recently completed her 2nd volume of Coloring Books for all ages and continues creating her signature style art products, as limited edition prints, puzzles, poker cards, notebooks and greeting cards. She has been Summer Honors Program Art Instructor for many years, returning to her hometown roots in Nebraska to teach gifted young artists each summer, where once she was a SHP high school student. Amy Lynn has been a guest art instructor for many private schools and continues teaching, both young artists and adults. Amy Lynn has just completed her first graphic novel, “Portraits of Esperanza”, dealing with the US immigration crisis. In 2022 she designed the Artwork for the production 'Murder on the Orient Express' at the Santa Paula Theater Center, where she is the Resident Artist, creating the Poster Art Illustrations from 2021 to present day. Amy Lynn is very honored to be the 2022 Best of Ojai - Silver Place Winner for Best Visual Artist. A long time member of the Ojai Studio Artists, she resides in the Ojai Valley, California.
