APRIL 9-10, 2022 11AM - 4:00PM EACH DAY

Regarding Reservations:

1. Reservations times are as follows: 11am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm, 2:00pm, 3:00pm

2. All reservations are for approximately 40 mins (to allow 20 minutes of driving time for the customer).

3. You will list your total capacity per reservation time - NOT tables - # of people

There will be a $200 reimbursement for this event, FOR FOOD. Keep it simple - foccacia, chocolate, popcorn, soup... Serve food, we'll send you $200 after the event.

You will need to have a special event permit from the Health Dept if you serve food. We must provide the list of wineries and their permit #s prior to the event.

• Fill out your information as it would be printed on the Event Program, i.e - EXACT Way your Winery Name Should be listed; Vineyards, Vineyards & Winery, etc. 

• You must fill out all information in its entirety

Event Timeline for Winery Participants

March 8   Sign up for Gateway to Wine Road ENDS 5:00pm

March 15   Ticket Sales Launch Online. 9:00am

April 3   Ticket Sales End at 11pm - unless we sell out sooner

April 6 RSVP lists will be emailed to wineries, supplies will be handed out at the Wine Road office (glasses and wristbands)
