July 15    Sign up for Wine & Food Affair Begins

July 31  Last Day to Sign Up (including name of recipe)

July 31 Recipe Name Due

Sept 1   Ticket Sales Launch Online

Oct 5-21   Health Permits DUE – every participant must have special event permit for this event  (either       Moderate or Extensive Prep). 

Oct 31   Ticket Sales End at 7pm

Nov 2   Supply Pick Up 9am-3pm TODAY ONLY – at Wine Road Office: 1437 Grove Street, Healdsburg

Nov 8   Start Returning Supplies to Wine Road Office 9am - 3pm

Nov 18   Supplies & Accounting Form DUE

Nov 15   Reimbursement Receipts Due – late forms will NOT be paid

Nov 30   ALL Reimbursement checks will be written and mailed today

Wine Road - Northern Sonoma County is an association of 200 wineries and 50 lodgings throughout the Alexander, Dry Creek and Russian River valleys. Join us for our annual events, Winter WINEland every January, Barrel Tasting in March, and Wine & Food Affair every November. At each event, Wine Road wineries open their tasting rooms to share their favorite recipes paired with the perfect wine, winter decor or barrel samples and the opportunity to purchase futures. Spend these special event weekends wine tasting along the Wine Road.
