Memorial Day “Murph” Workout
Monday, 5/27, 9am-10am
Get your heart pumping with a fun and motivating modified “Murph” workout! Open to both members and non-members, this workout will include:
-1 mile Treadmill, Rower, Bike or Elliptical
-100 Pull ups or (modification TRX Rows)
-200 Push ups (modification knee pushups or dumbbell chest press)
-300 Squats or (modification bridges or step ups)
-1 mile Treadmill, Rower, Bike or Elliptical
