Cohort Programs
ILE is thrilled to invite WashU staff members to apply for one of two programs offered this fall: Emerging Leaders Program and Leadership Excellence and Development Program. Both programs are cohort based, run August through April, and are free of cost to staff. Applications will open in early May and close on May 31. Please note only completed applications will be considered.

Emerging Leaders Program
The Emerging Leaders Program might be right for you if you manage individual contributors and/or complex initiatives. Ideally, you have less than 5 years of experience as a leader and are seeking an opportunity to build skills to have a more intentional approach to leadership in your direct sphere of influence through hands-on collaboration with others. Leadership Excellence and Development Program
The Leadership Excellence and Development Program might be right for you if you have more than 5 years of leadership experience and at least 3 direct reports. Ideally, you are a manager of managers and are seeking a development opportunity to have a stronger leadership impact multiple layers out from your immediate scope of influence.
