Youth + Teen Programs

Camp Hope america, louisiana

Camp HOPE America is the first camping and mentoring initiative in the United States to focus on children and teens exposed to domestic violence. At Camp HOPE, we have the opportunity to use fun-filled avenues to give campers a hope for a brighter future. While it is mostly fun and games (which we love!), we also use an evidence and values-based curriculum that teaches campers to believe in themselves, in others, and in their dreams.

Prevention Education in Schools

We partner with local elementary, middle, and high schools to provide the Safe Dates and Care-ageous Kids curriculum to students. This evidence-based, interactive curriculum helps prevent sexual assault and dating violence through teaching about healthy relationships, communication, consent, bystander intervention and more. Interested in bringing this training to your classroom or school? Visit our training page.

TEEN + young adult Workshops

We provide training and workshops at schools and on college campuses covering topics like sexual assault, dating violence, consent, healthy relationships, bystander intervention and more.

Playland

Playland provides children with a safe environment to play while their parent or caregiver receives support services on-site at our office.

Child + Adolescent Counseling

We provide counseling for children age 6 and up who have been exposed to domestic violence or have been victims of domestic and/or sexual abuse. We work closely in conjunction with families to help children process trauma and build healthy skills and resiliency.
