Open Enrollment Period is September 15 Through October 10, 2025
CHRS EMPLOYEE SELF-SERVICE
As previously announced, employees will utilize CHRS Employee Self-Service to make enrollment elections for medical, dental, basic vision, Flex Cash, Health Care (HCRA), and Dependent Care (DCRA) Reimbursement Accounts.
Unfortunately, Systemwide Human Resources has reported an issue with CHRS Employee Benefits Self-Service for open enrollment.
We ask that employees do not make any open enrollment elections in CHRS until the issue can be resolved. Employees can still review open enrollment materials and enroll/make changes to voluntary benefits as outlined in the
Open Enrollment Benefits Guide. An announcement will be sent when the issue has been resolved.
ANNUAL BENEFITS INFORMATION & ENROLLMENT
The effective date for selections made during the Open Enrollment period will be January 1, 2026. If you don’t want to make any changes to your benefits, you don’t need to do anything. Your current elections will automatically continue, however, if you want to enroll or continue participating in the Health Care or Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, you must enroll/re-enroll every year.
