AgileMD

AgileMD Update

No new pathways for Emergency Medicine or Hospital medicine went live on 12/4/2024.

While working to build new pathways for the AgileMD Library, The AgileMD Clinical Pathways Team also reviews Live pathways on an annual basis. This ensures that any changes in evidence-based medicine and operations can be accurately updated and reflected in the pathway.

Make the AgileMD Library a pinned Activity Tab:

  1. Open a patient chart and click the More Activities to access the AgileMD Activity tab.

Click the Pin to favorite and add to your activity menu.

Currently, the BJC clinical pathway library houses 36 Emergency Medicine pathways covering 24 conditions and 43 Inpatient Hospital Medicine pathways covering 9 medical conditions.

To learn more about clinical pathways, please reach out via email to AgileMD Clinical Pathways. To provide feedback on a specific pathway, use the blue feedback link at the bottom of the AgileMD tab in Epic.

New Smart Phone EPCS Reenrollment

Did you know that a new smartphone requires reenrollment with an EPCS Enrollment Supervisor? The Imprivata ID app being restored from a backup WILL NOT work and must be reenrolled. Reenrollment with an Enrollment Supervisor must be done during business hours and can be done in person or remotely. Therefore, it is advised that if you get a new phone to plan ahead and consider when you will be able to complete reenrollment prior to activation to prevent issues with being able to utilize EPCS.

Reenrollment will require a valid, nonexpired government issued ID. If you are reenrolling a new phone, you will be immediately able to use EPCS after the reenrollment. First time enrollment can take up to 5 business days after enrolling with an Enrollment Supervisor prior to being able to use EPCS.

Don’t know who your Enrollment Supervisor is or have other EPCS related questions? Email Epic1_EPCS@bjc.org

If you are experiencing any issues, please report them to the Help Desk. BJC: 314-362-4700 WU: 314-933-3333
