MORE: The event will kick off with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and celebration of the restaurant’s official opening this week in the Thirteen15 apartment building, across from Duncan Plaza in the former site of the Warwick Hotel. Thirteen15 features 154 fully furnished market-rate units in walking distance of Tulane’s growing downtown campus.
Chef Dook and his wife, Gretchen, are crafting Chapter IV to be an elevated lunch option in the CBD, offering efficient but hospitable service for those looking for a full-service meal or lunch on the go.
