The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is looking for input from industrial sector experts and leaders on a new proposed program, Reducing Industrial Sector Emissions in Pennsylvania (RISE PA). DEP is seeking funding for the proposed program, which will provide resources for industries to reduce carbon and benefit the health and safety of surrounding communities. DEP is asking for industrial stakeholders and other interested parties to respond to 10 questions to help develop program guidelines for RISE PA. Those questions, and additional information on RISE PA, can be found in the Pennsylvania Bulletin. Forms answering those questions must be submitted by January 22, 2024.
