Volunteer at the Parker County Peach Festival
|
UTA West is sponsoring and hosting a booth at the Parker County Peach Festival on Friday, July 12, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in historic downtown Weatherford.
We need three to four team members at our booth for each shift during the day. Reach out to Daisy Valk to volunteer or if you have any questions. We will also host a brief Teams meeting and send details for the day.
This is a great chance to engage with the community, represent UTA, and participate in the peachiest event around.

Give to the Emergency Assistance fund
|
A recent fire in Fort Worth displaced a UTA employee who fortunately was not hurt, but will be without their home for an undetermined amount of time. The Employee Emergency Fund (EEF) is available to provide short-term assistance for employees experiencing significant temporary financial hardship. The fund helps eligible employees cover basic needs. We all believe it will never happen to us, so if you can, donate to EEF through automatic payroll deduction or give a one-time gift to help a fellow employee.
