TACOMA, Washington – Steve Verlennich has been named Puget Sound's Head Strength & Conditioning Coach, Director of Athletics Amy Hackett recently announced.
 
Verlennich's full-time position is a continuation of the Puget Sound Performance Success Program that was launched earlier this year (click HERE). The position was made possible by the $10 million commitment to Puget Sound Athletics from the Names Family Foundation (click HERE).

Verlennich recently spent seven years as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at NCAA D-III Augsburg in Minneapolis. Prior to that, he worked at NCAA D-I Minnesota and NCAA D-II University of Minnesota-Duluth.
