Success—whether academic or personal—begins with taking great care of ourselves! From getting enough sleep to eating right, from moving our bodies to making moves with our friends, and from staying on task to staying on budget, UTA has resources to match your goals and help you reach the healthiest and happiest version of yourself. I invite you to explore our 9 Dimensions of Wellness to learn more about what wellness is (and is not), as well as how you can get involved in promoting better health on campus.
I am so glad you have chosen to make UTA—a University of excellence—your home away from home. You belong here. And we have assembled a phenomenal team to ease your transition. Help, whenever you need it, is readily accessible. Have a fantastic fall and remember to Mav Up!
