 Join us for a guided meditation to relax and reconnect. Using the gentle sounds of crystal singing bowls, brainwaves are entrained into the rest and healing state.  Making this form of meditation quite effortless with profound benefits. No experience needed. Everyone is welcome!
Bring a yoga mat and any cushions or blankets that will allow you to sit and lie down comfortably.  You may also remain seated if that is better for your needs.
