Next Gen Self-Certification

The ATM Industry Association (“ATMIA”) is a nonprofit trade association, tax exempt under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code, and dedicated to promoting ATM convenience, growth and usage worldwide. ATMIA has gathered a Consortium for Next Generation ATMs consisting of companies from all over the world and from a number of different industries to create a blueprint for the next generation of ATM architecture. As part of the process for implementation of the next generation of ATMs, the Consortium has agreed to a self-certification process for the ATM industry in the form of the Next Gen ATM Self-Certification System. While ATMIA has taken reasonable measures to develop the Next Gen ATM Self-Certification System in conjunction with the input from the Consortium, ATMIA cannot ensure compliance of any ATM product or service with the laws or regulations of any country or that an ATM product or service is consistent with any particular principles, standards, or guidance of any country or entity. ATMIA is not responsible for the authenticity of any particular action or claim by any company that has initiated or completed the self-certification process and ATMIA makes no representations regarding any ATM product or service that has completed the Next Gen ATM Self-Certification process. Neither ATMIA nor its officers, directors, members, employees or agents shall be liable for any loss, damage or claim with respect to the use of any ATM product or service; all such liabilities, including direct, special, indirect or consequential damages, are expressly disclaimed.
