Faith in the Vaccine Ambassador Application
Application Deadline: Friday, April 23, 11:59 p.m. EST, 2021

Emory University Office of Spiritual and Religious Life (OSRL) is working with Interfaith Youth Core (IFYC) to engage in a multifaith program to address COVID19 vaccine hesitancy and access through supporting Atlanta religious and philosophical communities. Students may apply to become “Faith in the Vaccine Ambassadors” from May-October 2021. Students will receive training from IFYC and will work with OSRL to build relationships with Atlanta faith communities and support community vaccination efforts. Students will receive a $1500 stipend for participation in this program.

The program is open to Emory undergraduate and graduate students of all faith and philosophical traditions. Ideal student participants will have a personal connection to communities where vaccine hesitancy is high and/or creative ideas to help individuals or communities get access to the vaccine. Selections will be made in April.
