Never had any issues
I truly swear by this app. You are able to pay ahead, you are able to see how much you can spend. If you return something, the app immediately picks up on it and adjusts the instalments. When you purchase something with Payflex, it’s instant and super easy. I saw the other reviews and Payflex must have been paying attention because I’ve never had a problem with them. If you are sceptical, try it on small purchases first so that you can build your trust with them. (That’s if you do).
Call Centre Can’t Count
I have been using this app for about 7 months. No issues up until I introduce my wife. When you invite a new person and they spend more then R500 you get a promo voucher of R200.
She recently used hers with Takealot. After receiving the items we returned an item for a value of R180. When we enquired why our balance had reflected we were told it because we used the R200 promo voucher. How ridiculous to do that. In my opinion it is completely under handed and false advertising.
