2019 Dessert Donation for Cast Meal signup sheet

Support the Christmas Cast by contributing home made or bought dessert items for their meal on double show days.
Please do the best you can to bring enough to serve at least 40 people. There are about 130 cast, musicians, and crew enjoying dessert provided by our volunteers. You could make or buy any combination of dessert items such as pies, cakes, cookies, cobbler, tarts, candy.
NO PEANUTS OR TREE NUTS. Be sure and check the package if you purchase desserts.
No frozen items or items requiring refrigeration.
2019 Days/Drop-Off Times:
Sat. 12/14, 1:00pm - 3:30pm
Sun. 12/15, 11:00am - 1:30pm
Sat. 12/21, 1:00pm - 3:30pm
Sun. 12/22, 11:00am - 1:30pm
Fri. 12/27, 1:00pm - 3:30pm
Sat. 12/28, 1:00pm - 3:30pm
Cast Meal volunteers will receive tickets for themselves and one guest to attend the Christmas Revels dress rehearsal performance on Thursday, Dec. 12th at 7:30pm. ** IF YOU SIGN UP AFTER Dec 5 (but before Dec 12) AND YOU WOULD LIKE DRESS REHEARSAL TICKETS, PLEASE LET JEANNE KNOW AT jkelly@revels.org **
A confirmation letter with details on how to drop off the dessert at the theater will be sent to you before Dec 14th.
