Heritage/History Month - Call for Programs

This form is for UTA Affiliated Departments & registered student organizations that will or have planned to host a Heritage/History Month program for any of the celebrated months.

Should a UTA Department or Registered Student Organization have an event that they would like to share with the Intercultural Student Engagement Center the following will be done

-Added to the respected graphic calendar of events marketed by the Intercultural Student Engagement Center to the University Community

-The sponsoring department/student organization will be provided the Official Logo for the Month to add to their program marketing

The purpose of this form is to recognize events that are culturally relevant to each heritage/history month that are not directly overseen by the Intercultural Student Engagement Center.

In the filter section…
Please remember that you can choose more than one selection
1. For Event Type, choose the description that best describes your event.

2. For Audience, select all that apply including alumni, student, faculty and staff

3. For Department, choose Student Affairs in addition to your department, please also select Cultural Engagement & Social Change for all heritage month events to be in one location.

Please keep in mind that your submission of your event does not entail that ISEC will be responsible for the management/funding of your event (unless it is a collaborative event). But solely assist in marketing purposes to the University community.

We strongly encourage your submission to allow our students the opportunity to connect, grow and learn from your office or organization during Heritage/History months.
