SI CHARRO INTRODUCES QUESABIRRIA LOVER’S MONTH ALL THROUGH FEBRUARY

Quesabirria is one of the most popular dishes at Flores Concepts Si Charro restaurants. The slow cooked shredded beef cooked with hits of clove, red chile and other spices, and finished with melted queso, has taken over Tucson. As a Valentine to Tucson from the Flores Family, Quesabirria is offered throughout the month of February in special dishes available at each of the Si Charro locations:
