Registration│Prayer for Christian Unity
At least once a year, Christians are reminded of Jesus’ prayer for his disciples that “they may be one so that the world may believe” (see John 17.21). Hearts are touched and Christians come together to pray for unity.   Congregations and parishes all over the world arrange special ecumenical celebrations and prayer services.  This special experience is the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity.

Join us for an evening of prayer and fellowship on Monday, January 23rd from 7 - 9pm in the IHM Historic Church at 2855 Briarcliff Rd NE, Atlanta. There will be prayer, music, and fellowship with local lay faithful and pastors of different Christian confessions. Light refreshments will be served.

This year's theme is taken from the prophet Isaiah: "Do Good; Seek Justice." (Isaiah 1:17).

The artwork below depicts an iconic hand of Christ, surrounded by the bright blue skies of Paradise, descending to clasp the hands of those who live in the simmering heat of sin and injustice. It is the LORD who will teach us goodness and the LORD Jesus Christ is our justice.
